Developing mad soccer skills

Juggling is an art. Master the soccer ball: become a ball-meister and you will see huge difference in your game. It's fun, it can be a great work out and it can translate on to the field in amazing ways.

Developing touch, familiarity with the ball, dexterity, kinestetic awareness can raise your level of play exponetially.

It is not so much about how many touches you can accomplish while juggling a ball as much as what you can do with the ball. Being able to juggle 100 or 500 times is an awesome feat and helps with focus and concentration. But really the game of soccer is about being able to make the ball do what you want it and need it to do; being able to settle the ball in tight spots, touch a ball over the head of an oncoming defender, or bending it gently through a space on to the foot of a teammate thereby beating a double team or an offsides trap.
Juggle to develop touch while at the same time making the ball do what you want it to do. For example, work on certain touches until you master them, such as, touching the ball no higher than knee level with every touch (develops quick feet and soft touch), or touch a ball 8 feet in the air, no higher or lower, with every touch and make sure you alternate feet ( develops rythm and balance and touch). Or how about catchin the ball on various parts of your body such as on the back of your neck, between your heal & buttock, and/or on the laces of your boot.
